Digital orders excluded from cooling-off period

Most of our products are automatically delivered right after your payment has been processed. In most cases you will receive an email with your product key or account details immediately after placing an order. However, not all products are in stock at the time of ordering. In that case, we will do our best to deliver your order within 24 hours. You will be informed of the status of your product by email, so please make sure you are able to receive and accept emails from the domain. Currently, we only accept customers of private consumers who live in the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Austria, or the United States. 

For business orders, we only accept Dutch residents, who accept to pay the Dutch tax. Dutch tax is always included in the item price, which you can see before placing an order. We do not accept VAT return options for residents outside of the Netherlands. Please note this before placing an order. You can always contact us before placing your order.

VAT requirements for digital orders outside of the Netherlands

PLEASE NOTE: Digital products have different return conditions than physical shipments. Because the delivery is fully automatic and thus direct, keys that have been sent cannot be returned. We only deliver to worldwide consumers, and Dutch businesses. We do not currently support delivery to businesses in other EU countries, due to the fact that our website cannot process VAT charges other than the 21% Dutch Tax rate. When placing an order, you agree to the terms that Dutch VAT is included in the price. It is not possible for other EU residents or businesses to get an invoice without Dutch  VAT.

Due to website limitations, we can only charge the 21% VAT charge you see at all our pages. It is not possible to get a refund on Tax Charges! We only accept businesses from The Netherlands! 

Physical shipments

We always try our best do make the fastest delivery times possible. However, we are dependant on the carrier speed as well. Please note that the actual delivery time may vary upon each order. We try to ship orders the next day after the order has been placed. We currently only deliver physical items to the Netherlands, and to Belgium for an additional fee. Contact us first if you want to place an order and want to have your item shipped outside of the Netherlands.

All Dutch laws are applicable to every order you place with There is a 14-day cooling-off period for every physical product. You can return an item within 14 days after delivery, without giving up a reason. The packaged will need to be in good condition, and you can only test out the product for a short period of time.

Excluded from this return right are:

- Software products that contain a product key,

- Digitally sent product keys

Digital products are non-refundable due to their nature. It's impossible to return a key that has already been used or sent, because a lot of products cannot be checked for usage properly. By placing an order you agree to our General Terms & Conditions.
